Zhu Mushu sat down in the way back corner of the cafe. He was hunched over his PSP, eyes glued to the brightly lit screen. His leather gloved fingers darted across buttons and his thumb rocked the analog stick in all directions as he worked to defeat the Unversed in Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep. His fingers stopped as the last one exploded into shards and the game went to a cutscene. Without moving his eyes from the screen, he moved his black gloved hand from the buttons and into his pocket. He pulled out a cigarette and lighter from his fur-trimmed tan vest and pinched the cigarette between his lips. He pressed the lever on the lighter. Zhu took his eyes momentarily from the screen to watch the flame flicker and touched it to the tip of his cigarette. Smoke curled up in front of his face.
As he turned back to the game, he was vaguely aware of someone walking up to his table. "Umm, excuse me, but there's no smoking allowed here," a waitress stammered. Huh? Zhu glared up at her through the orange-tinged lenses of his goggles. He bared his teeth at her, gripping the cigarette between them. She jumped, faced paling, and darted away. That's what I thought. He smirked and inhaled the smoke from his cigarette. Zhu turned back to the game, unpausing it. Another boss? he groaned internally. Zhu shook his head to himself.
